How long does setup take?
Most people have it up in about 5-10 minutes. Assemble the pole, attach the ring base, hook the light strands to the top, spread them evenly, and add the star. No tools needed.
Can I use it for holidays other than Christmas?
Absolutely. The app has animated scenes for Halloween, birthdays, parties, and more. Many customers use it well past December.
What size should I get?
The 6 ft is the most popular for living rooms with standard 8 ft ceilings. The 7 ft makes a bigger statement on porches, in yards, and in rooms with high ceilings. The base is about 35 inches across at the widest point, so measure your spot first.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes. It's IP44 weather resistant, so it handles rain and snow on the porch or in the yard. Keep the power adapter sheltered and dry, and plug it into an outdoor-rated outlet or extension cord.
How is it powered?
